Sometimes you need to take a nap…and that’s OKAY!

In fact, I took one this afternoon and it was glorious. Walking my talk people! 😉

[P.S. If you are someone like me who monitors their sleep at night, make sure you nap earlier in the day and keep them short (under an hour)! Naps can definitely through off your sleep cycle, so I limit them to those much needed recharge days!]
