Over the last decade, breathwork has played an important role in my mental, physical, and spiritual journeys. I’ve used it to calm down, reduce my stress, build resilience, gain insight, manage pain, support my dreams, and simply have fun. There is so much you can do with breathwork once you learn how to use and play with it.

Whether you’re looking for ways to reduce your stress, bring more calm and ease into your life, or simply play and have fun, I’ve got you. No prior breathwork experience needed. Just come, explore, and have fun. Check out my current breathwork options below.

1) One-on-One Online & IN-person BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Tailor your breathwork sessions to meet your specific needs and goals. (In-person sessions held in Bondi Beach.)

2) Bring breathwork to your office

Book a 30-60 minute online breathwork session for your team on a weekly or monthly basis. They will connect as a group, cultivate creativity, and learn effective tools for managing stress and anxiety.

3) ONLINE GROUP BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Bring more calm and ease into your day and life with breathwork. I rotate between themes and styles of breathwork depending on the group’s needs and goals. (Follow me on Instagram for upcoming sessions.)
