Have you noticed our brains are creatures of habit, thinking the same thoughts over and over again?
How often do we question if our thoughts are true, or if they are serving us?
It matters because our thoughts create our feelings, which fuel our actions, which lead to our results.

It serves us to pay attention to our thoughts. Where is our energy flowing? Is this where we want to go?
I spent the last year really watching my brain and the thoughts it created…uncovering those pesky unconscious thoughts took extra effort too.
I didn’t always like what I saw. But I learned to bring a sense of compassion to the process. I am not my thoughts.
Frankly, I’m still on this journey.
I invite you to be curious and check out what thought patterns are looping in your brain.
Take 5-10 minutes a day to jot down your thoughts on paper.
And then without judgement take a look at them. Practice noticing the difference between the facts of your life and your thinking (the opinions and meaning you bring to the facts).
