Gratitude Tune-Up: 30-Day Challenge
As concerns over the Omicron variant grow, I'm particularly grateful that my third annual 30-day gratitude tune-up starts on December 1st. 🤨😁
I started this challenge a few years ago and by the end of the challenge I felt a BIG change in attitude as I got more into the habit of scanning my day for things to be grateful for.
I learned to see the glass half full versus half empty. So I made it an annual tradition during the month of December. It is a great way to bring in the new year.
Join the fun! I’ve created a pop-up Facebook group where we can share our daily gratitude and inspire each other. It will be a safe mini-accountability group to reflect on what we are thankful for.
If Facebook isn't your thing, you can also find a friend or family member to do it with. Or simply pick a time of the day to take 30 seconds to reflect on something you are grateful for. Make it simple for you.
Unlocking the transformative power of gratitude is worth your time because studies show that it leads to:
A more satisfied life and a hopeful future.
Stronger relationships because of a tendency to show appreciation for loved ones.
Health benefits like stronger immunity, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
Improved mental health like reduced depression and anxiety.
Improved resilience, protecting us from the turbulence of an uncertain world.
Who doesn’t want more of that?! 😍
All these benefits support you in your professional and personal goals. It’s one of the main ingredients to a happier and more fulfilling life.
The thing is gratitude doesn’t just happen. We have to CHOOSE it. It’s a cultivated practice.
I’m starting my third annual 30-day gratitude attitude challenge off with 50 things I’m grateful for and then adding one thing a day over the next 30 days.
Join me or curate your own version of it. Let’s have some fun. And if you want some accountability buddies join our pop-up Facebook group. See you inside.
