From Stress to Success: Mental Fitness is the X-Factor

I’d like to invite you to join my next 8-week Mental Fitness group coaching program where you’ll dive into how to identify what's weighing you down and how to show up as your best self. 

That person is already within you, s/he just needs help being uncovered and nurtured.

Your brain is one of your greatest assets, so in this course we will focus on building your mental fitness so you can respond to life's challenges with a more positive, resourceful (Sage) mindset rather than a negative (Saboteur) mindset. 

This 8-week Mental Fitness program is based on a curriculum developed by Professor Shirzad Chamine, the author of Positive Intelligence. It is designed to move you from insight to sustainable improvement in performance and happiness in ~3 hours per week. 

As your Mental Fitness Coach, I will be there for you every step of the way, leading your group meetings (with approx. 5 members) and supporting you with one-one-one coaching sessions to apply your learnings from the program.
