Gratitude for Your Body: The 21-Day Challenge to a Happier You
Do you ever feel tired, frustrated, annoyed, or ashamed of your body? I certainly have, especially as I navigate perimenopause. If we aren't mindful, it can have a negative impact on what we think we deserve, how we show up in the world, and what we go after in life (like our big dreams and goals! 😉).
But what if we changed our perspective and started seeing our bodies as superheroes that are capable of incredible feats of strength, endurance, and creativity?
That's why I'm inviting you to join me in a 21-day gratitude challenge starting on June 1st, where we'll focus on celebrating our bodies for all they do. We'll show appreciation for the little things, like breathing and blinking, and the big things, like dancing, creating, and connecting with others.
Let's not forget the benefits of practicing gratitude! It's been scientifically proven to (1) boost mood and happiness, (2) enhance relationships, and (3) reduce stress and anxiety. Plus, it can even improve physical health - and who doesn't want a healthier, happier body?
So let's give our bodies the love and care they deserve, with a healthy dose of humor and playfulness in a safe environment. We'll have daily prompts to guide our gratitude practice and the occasional optional exercise to help us dig a little deeper. Think of it like a fun workout for your heart and soul - but without all the sweating and grunting.
Join me now and let's start treating our bodies like the amazing, fabulous, kickass champions they truly are!
