PQ is not a positivity mantra framework where you try to believe things that don’t resonate in your heart. We all know that never lasts.
It’s about learning how to cultivate awareness around what is going on in your brain, down-regulate your nervous system with short grounding exercises, and make choices based on your inner wisdom.
