Here are 7 things I’ve learned about fear that may be useful to you on your journey. Which one of these could you play around with this week?
I want to normalize fear a bit. It’s a normal part of the humane experience. There is nothing faulty with us if we feel it.
We all have our various manifestations of it and there is no benefit in compounding our fears by beating ourselves up over the head for having them.
When you are able to accept this, then you can start creating a loving non-judgmental space to get curious about your fears and work through them.
