Gratitude Tune-Up: 30-Day Challenge

As concerns over the Omricron variant grow, I'm particularly grateful that my third annual 30-day gratitude tune-up starts on December 1st. 🤨😁 I started this challenge a few years ago and by the end of the challenge I felt a BIG change in attitude as I got more into the habit of scanning my day for things to be grateful for.
